I just can't seem to figure my team out this season, one game they will pull down 50+boards and the next will struggle to get 20. veryhard to gameplan with this happening. I feel lucky to have a rpi of 27 as I don't even feel this is a PI team.

just barely escaped losses against Neumann, Cabrini and last night against Babson, scoring 11 unanswered points towards the end to win by two...things are a bit shaky the past few games but happy to snag any win...for the 1st time ever, i have two DIII players on the same team rated over 700...high hopes for the NT but as always approaching it with muted optimism

Haven't been on the forums in a while guys, and just decided to re-up for another season. We should be pretty good next year, anyone want to schedule the Emory Eagles? I'm willing to play wherever so that I don't have to take a terrible Sim schedule. I got very lucky this season that the SIM kept my SOS under 100. Send my a challenge if any of you long-timers haven't filled your schedule, thanks.

have you been thinking about quitting? that would surely hurt the dynasty group... i'd be happy to play you, but am already all booked up for next season. Wish i could throw you a couple of the tougher teams off my schedule, as we are gonna be down next season for sure.

Yeah wronoj, I'm probably done after next season; just not into it as much anymore and I don't like the lack of improvements in the Sim logic. I do think we'll be a sleeper that can make some noise next year with a great 1-2 scoring punch at SF/PF. They are both very balanced players offensively and should be tough to guard. I should be on the forum more over the next season, and who knows, I might get re-energized for HD. I was going to quit after last seasn (so I had a Sim schedule this season), but changed my mind on the last day to re-up.

understood-- i have been really frustrated lately, too. i even threatened to quit briefly yesterday...

Yea, I know the feeling. I didn't re-up til the last day last season either...

I'm in serious bubble trouble this season... come on favorites in those CT games tonight!!! RPI 50 is about as bubblicious as it gets, and I do not want to be slogging through the PIT.

We've got 2 Lock teams in our CT final, so you've got at least 1 conference going your way. Vandydave has an RPI in the mid-high 40's so he's somewhat on the bubble also, but I think both you guys will get in under normal game results for tonights match-ups.

we have two locks as well
7/1/2008 7:06 AM
We've also got two locks in our CT final. Although do I really want to see your team in the NT? I'd like to be able to make a bit of a run for a change
7/1/2008 7:58 AM
yeah, probably nobody really wants to see my team on the other side if we're like a 14-seed... but I just want to squeak in and keep the streak alive for at least one more season.

We have 2 locks in our CT final as well...should help. Anyone got predictions for the tourney?
7/1/2008 10:03 AM
hate to do this to my boy jj, but Arcadia HAS to be the team to beat, right?
7/1/2008 10:35 AM
I agree, Arcadia is a monster that noone has a clear advantage over and they don't really have a weakness (not great D, but not terrible either).
