As for Chicago, the Championship is about to come off the books. We've made the 2nd round in each of the last 10 seasons, and the sweet 16 9 of those 10 seasons. However, we've only made it out of the sweet 16 twice in those 10 seasons since the title. We're starting to develop a complex and will need to find a way thru Manchester U's perimeter attack.Looking at next season's schedule we've got Hood, Macalster, UNCW, W Conn St, Keuka, Arcadia, Hartwick, E Oregon, John Hopkins and Drew on tap for the OOC. Can't imagine putting together a much tougher OOC past upon historical performance in this world. If I don't reclaim the #1 SOS next season I'd be shocked.Good luck in round 3 to those remaining (well except for Arcadia since we've alredy proven we can't beat them this year, need someone else to do so :)

come on man, you've beaten great teams before...rep for the MIAC, since as usual, I failed in the first weekend.

GG last night Taz, I will hope to get my revenge next season. Good Luck rest of the way, go win a NC then I won't feel so bad.

Congrats on the win and yet another sweet 16, taz. And the child too, I suppose Eaner: I was able to knock off NCW earlier this season. And our teams are pretty similar. So maybe there's some sort of key in there to help you out. Anything to help you win and put more recruiting money into my pocket. After all, I need to find someone to replace that bum Mayo after next season

GL to all who are in the NT, I'm just happy I didn't fall off the dynasty list this season, hopefully I moved up a little.I think I'm starting to figure HD out now (at least D-3) 3 seasons in a row with a ranked team at the end, haven't decided if I'm going to stick around or make the jump though.

Wow! I own victories over three of the teams in the Final Four yet couldn't get past the 1st round myself due to poor coaching (and a worthless 650+ rated guard). Dunno if I should feel good about beating such great teams or be ashamed of my own performance in the NT.

GL to those still remaining

gl to the teams in the FF!

congrats JJ. I'd say both games were fairly indicitive of our talent. Arcadia has just a shade more talent than Chicago, and won each game by a slight margin. G/l in the final 4, bring home the title.

i was viewing it the same way last night - figuring i would win on a roll of 1-7 and lose on a 8-12 if that makes sense (2d6 for D&D fans - lol) not sure if can bring it home but glad this team got this far...good luck to the remaining 3 as well...hopefully the next time we meet in the NT it will be from opposite sides of the bracket

Well, all good things must come to an end. It was fun trying to repeat. I really never expected this kind of run following last season's success. I couldn't ask for much more from this squad. 16 straight wins to close out last season and a 30-3 record this season. There will definitely be some tears shed at the season ending banquet, especially by me! Anyway, good luck to the final four teams. You are all very deserving to win it all.
