Not sure if this is a bug, but in the past, FSS got cheaper as players from a particular state signed. It doesn't look like that is the case anymore.

Also, you can rescind graduating seniors and it increases your total openings so that you can sign more players than you'll have spots for when the next season rolls out. It seems that answer to this would be to just progress rosters forward after the jobs period and before the second recruiting period begins.

Guys who have been cut do not seem to appear in the recruiting pool. Not sure if that's a bug or if there is some other method to discover those guys.

When I get e-mails about the awards and all american teams I am unable to open them.

Related to changing jobs - is there a way to figure out who the SIM team I took over has offers out on? It looks like they do but I'm not sure.

Also, I don't know if it's intended but when we take over a new team, are scouting dollars supposed to be reset? It looks like the SIM school had scouted a fair share or recruits but (and I'm not complaining) my scouting budget was reset to $80,000 - seems like that would be a pretty significant advantage if it's intended.

Not sure if the recruiting budget was reset as well, I have a full recruiting budget as well but have yet to look at the SIMs recruiting efforts in any detail to determine if that's accurate.

When searching for recruits on the recruit pool.... when I put "undecided" as an option, a bunch of guys that have already signed are coming up.

Follow up on my post earlier after taking over D1 Navy my recruiting budget appears to have reset. It currently shows 12,000 ( 4 openings at $3000 each) but a player the SIM had recruited just signed and it shows a Campus Visit had been taken in the recruiting history. Seems like a bug for recruiting budgets to reset when recruiting efforts were made.

As I noted in another thread, if you run a Phase 2 campus recruiting camp, it scouts players who already signed with another school. All Phase 2 scouting efforts (camps, assistant search, FSS) should only scout unsigned players.

This seems like some messed up logic:

I have a couple openings still to fill so I offered a guy a scholarship. He currently has 1 team on him that has offered a scholly and is very high. He has a bunch of other teams on him none of which have offered him a scholarship.

I figured I would at least show up as low or moderate above those other teams now considering I offered him a scholarship and they haven't. After offering the scholarship it opened up the ability to offer a start which I did, and I also offered him 10 minutes playing time. Still I am not showing up on his considering list, yet all these other teams who haven't offered him a scholarship even are on there.

This seems like something funky is going on with the recruit logic. I should automatically pass those other teams, especially at this late stage in recruiting since they haven't offered him yet.

The Recruiting Guide needs to be updated. It currently reads:

My current right-side-of-the-page roster in recruiting pages shows 14 players on my team: all 12 from last season plus my 2 recruits.

Only 2 of my 3 recruits are listed on my team page now that it looks like the rollover has happened. Then the 1 juco I signed is the only one still listed on the recruits tab.

Seems like I had an extra late signee from someone that I had offered a scholarship to give me 13 total on roster??

I had three recruits come in with F for all offensive sets and one recruit come in with a D in two different offenses.
