no problem-- i enjoy doing it... just wish I could get Hartwick further up the list.
for those of you who are new to this thread, I will save you the h***le of going back to the beginning to find out the rules. the basics:
1) the list includes results for the 10 most recent seasons completed in Wooden D-III.
2) to be eligible for the list, you must have made some form of postseason (NT or PIT) in 4 of the last 5 seasons.
3) the further you go in the tourney(s), the more points you get. regular season success means nothing here (except that you made the tourney). A PIT championship counts the same as a first-round NT loss.
4) recent success counts more than older success. Hence, teams like NC Wesleyan, with two or three really good seasons in a row, can move up fast, while someone with a National Championship 5 seasons ago but 2 PIs the last 2 seasons will drop back pretty quickly. Also, the tiebreaker is more recent success.
5) don't knock Anderson off the top of the list, or Camrun gets mad and goes on a tear like this:
25 | camrun | 31-4 | 10-2 | 13-1 | 8-1 | 15-1 | 2 | 12 | A+ | Conf Champion CT Champion NT (Championship Game) |
24 | camrun | 31-2 | 12-1 | 13-0 | 6-1 | 16-0 | 2 | 13 | A+ | Conf Champion CT Champion NT (Elite 8) |
23 | camrun | 33-2 | 12-1 | 12-1 | 9-0 | 14-2 | 1 | 4 | A+ | CT Champion National Champion |
22 | camrun | 32-2 | 14-0 | 12-0 | 6-2 | 16-0 | 2 | 13 | - | Conf Champion NT At-large Bid NT (Final Four) |
