Still not sure why my guys aren't getting any love from the pollsters. 11-3 with wins over the top 25. A 1-point, last second loss to the then #1 team Brandeis and a top 15 RPI.
Not to mention the tradition and prestige!!!

it's because you lost to me... ;)

bugs I'm not getting any love either from the pollsters and I think its cause I lost to wronoj also. I am happy with my 20 RPI though.

Finally cracked the top 25!!!
yeeeeee haaaaaa
3/9/2008 4:51 AM
now if only NC Wesleyan (top-10 RPI) could get in there...

This is a travesty... how does my 9-9 Worcester St. not get any love? I'm getting shafted.

NCWC might get back in there if we can stop losing conf games..we hit a mid season funk that I'm not happy about. I'm not new to the whole underperforming SR thing, but Robert Hollars is killing me! I mean he's not just shooting horribly for a 92 Per..but even when I lower his distro, he'll have 4 TOs with his 4 shots..and he's never been accused of being a good defender, so he's pretty much worthless right now.

Hollars is the only SR, though, so this team will win some games next year for sure.

7 freshmen...my junior and senior big men both ineligible via grades....its going to be really close as to whether I even make the tourney this year...
3/12/2008 11:00 AM
wow, losing jrs and srs to grades really blows. seems to me that they have randomized it all a bit more lately. GL.

another home loss for Arcadia - these guys just aren't that good...i expected a much better performance on offense cosnidering the BH/P***, PER and SPE abilities but they have come up way short on offense...CT Champ or bust...

Hood is still fighting to get on the Dynasty list this season for the first time, with a RPI of 13 and a SOS of 28, right now they have a good shot only problem is last 5 games of conference play, the teams they play are a combined 26-71. just happy that the next 2 games are against good teams so if we can win then it should drop the RPI a little more before the stretch run
3/12/2008 9:46 PM
if your rpi is 12 and you lose 5 in a row to teams between 26 & 70 in RPI, you would still likely be on the NT bubble, and would definitely make the postseason, which is all that is needed to make the list. but you won't lose them all... my RPI is counting on it.
also still waiting for jj to get things turned around there-- could this be the season that chicken little was finally correct? nah.
3/13/2008 5:55 AM
lol at chicken little
we'll see - as always i hope you are right

Hood pulled out a nice win last night to improve there RPI to 9 and SOS to 19, now to get considered for a top 25 team. on a side note Gratz to norm24 and MMB for a huge win over 29 point favorite Eureka 101-76. it just to bad MMB hasn't played like that all year
3/14/2008 8:04 AM
Hopefully with a little luck, W CT St can crack the top 10 before the NT starts.
I really wasn't too fond of my team early on in the season, but they have turned things around and have played well.
