I'm going to start posting significant changes here so that everyone is on the same page about how things are currently working.

For this season, changes are:

1. Recruiting resources were allocated using the base + bonus per opening model, similar to scouting budgets from last season. That applies to attention points as well. You should always keep a base of 20 attention points, even after filling all your openings.

2. Scheduling of recruiting was tweaked a bit. Both recruiting periods will now open at 8am ET and attention points will start processing at 5pm ET. That should allow plenty of time to get initial distribution of points completed.

3. Scholarship offers are now locked similar to other recruiting actions. It shouldn't take a whole lot to unlock them, assuming the player is within a reasonable range of your school.

4. Primary offense/defense is now listed on the ratings tab. We're still working on redoing the layout of that tab, so right now it's just listed in text under the ratings.

5. Added International to the State list on the recruit pool page.

6. Pending scholarship offers will no longer be automatically withdrawn when you fill all of your openings.

7. Home visits are now allowed for internationals.

Added preference filters to the recruit pool page under the Advanced view.

The value of attention points is doubled for this season since we're doing 6 hour cycles.

Also, you must now hit a certain level of total credit before interest level rises above Moderate.

Display of the Considering status column on Top Recruits, Recruit Pool, and Targets pages is now consistent. If there are multiple teams at High or Very High, it will show multiple. If there is only one team at those levels, it will display that school's name with a link. If there are no teams at that level, it will be blank.

Added a progress meter on the Recruit tab to indicate how close you are to unlocking each of the recruiting actions.
6/28/2016 1:23 PM
Added a cap to the adjustment for how much credit it takes to unlock recruiting actions. This will make it easier to unlock the top-end recruits, as they were taking too long prior to this update.

You will now get recruiting resources when rescinding a scholarship if you didn't sign that player.
6/29/2016 11:51 AM
Revamped the recruit home page, which includes merging the Targets page into and attempting to de-clutter. Also added the ability to do multiple scouting trips at once from the targets list on recruiting home.
7/3/2016 6:43 PM
You can now set a player's category from the Recruit pool search page by clicking on the icon next to the player's name.

If you ever see any strange display issues, please hit Ctrl + F5 to clear out any cache for the page.
7/3/2016 6:45 PM
Added the ability to specify which divisions to include when inviting players to a private camp.
7/4/2016 11:25 AM
Level 1 rating grades are now position-specific, so that should make them a little more useful.
7/4/2016 1:38 PM
You can now also edit recruit category in the Targets module on the recruiting home page.
